Abstract:
As a system engineering,the complexity of the construction process of urban utility tunnel requires that the risk of the construction process can not be identified and analyzed from a perspective or aspect. General risk identification method can not identify the risk factors systematically and completely. By using the hierarchical holographic modeling (HHM), identifying the risk factors of the construction process systematically and completely. Further, filtering and analysing the identifying risk factors, in order to find out the main risk factors. It not only can make the decision maker put the limited resources to the risk prevention, but also lay the foundation for the next step to carry out a risk assessment and risk management.
