Abstract:
Especially fine sand concrete has less application in practical engineering, especially in the high rise buildings, which is very strict in the performance of concrete pump delivery. In this paper, it is found that in the case of two continuous graded pebbles (5~25 mm and 5~16 mm), the ratio is 1∶1, and the construction performance and mechanical properties of especially fine sand concrete are the best. The mixing of fly ash can reduce the early internal temperature of concrete, and the suitable amount is 26%~28%. The sand ratio range of the especially fine sand concrete should be between 34%~36%. The sand rate is 36% and the slump loss is small when it is carried out over 100 m of super-high pump.
