Optimization Research on Parameters of Advanced Small Tremie of Subway Tunnel in Floodplain Strata

Abstract:
Orthogonal analysis method was designed to the subway tunnel engineering in floodplain strata in Taiyuan. Take length, circumferential spacing and diameter of small tremie as factors, each has three levels to do the orthogonal experiment. Take settlement of tunnel vault as index, using FLAC3D numerical calculation software to simulate the effect of small tremie parameter on subway tunnel excavation. Compare range of each factor, and it is concluded that the greatest effect on the vault settlement is circumferential spacing. Then take this factor as variable, simulate surface settlement and vault settlement caused by tunnel excavation on different spacing to analyze reasonable parameters of small tremie. So it can be referenced for optimization and improvement of following up design and construction program of Taiyuan metro tunnel.
