Abstract：
In this paper, a building energy consumption calculation method was established. The influence factors, such as climate factors, building envelope, and equipment information were considered in this method. The method can calculate the hourly energy consumption and predict the annual energy consumption and energy cost. Based on the energy consumption calculation method of the single building, this study establishes the calculation method of regional building energy consumption. The method can be used to predict the building energy consumption in the building area.
