Abstract：
A lot of old buildings has seriously restricted the old downtown redevelopment in old city central, organic renewal design is a feasible method to improve the unfavorable factors, sorting out the existing difficulties on the basis of research, and forming the effective mechanism of the framework by evaluation, target selection, reasonable principle, it's a guide and basis to establish reasonable strategies for the the micro renovation of function and shape, the compound maintenance and the application of energy saving technology, these can let old buildings achieve new vitality.
