Abstract:
A experiment study on 8 different groups of 16 Z-shape specimens was conducted in this paper. Here, the influences of different planting rates and arrangements of reinforcement on the shear behavior have been investigated. Test results have shown that: the reinforcement behavior and shear strength of the concrete were improved with the increase of planting rates. The cracking load and ultimate load of specimens with triangular arrangement are greater than these square arranged ones. According to the test results, choosing triangular arranged reinforcement is more reasonable when repairing and strengthening structures.
