Abstract:
In order to understand the effect that various factors have upon the behavior of cladding panels' joints under wind loading. 9 aerated Light-weight Concrete (ALC) wall panels with the embedded joints were tested for their drawing performances. The effects of bolt and the area of reinforcement have been analyzed. The experimental results show that the built-in fitting joint can meet the basic requirement of the wind load of high-rise building in Beijing, embedded joint show better ductility than the hook bolt.
