Abstract：
An residential community of Hangzhou was taken as an example to introduce in details the indoor and outdoor design, selection of HVAC equipment, water and intelligent equipment, indoor decoration and finishing design and material selection, environmental index analysis of indoor light, sound, thermal and moisture. Reliable references were provided for health design of similar construction projects.
