Abstract:
According to the characteristics of Inner Mongolia cold region unbalanced energy consumption, using ANSYS software simulation heat transfer performance in different types of thermal insulation wall. By removing and adding the convection temperature load to simulate the cold region of Inner Mongolia running state of heating in winter. Analysis of four kinds of thermal insulation wall inner surface transient temperature field with the change of time. The results showed that, when the same time the temperature load, insulation wall inner surface temperature change quickly. The heat is concentrated in the thermal insulation layer. External thermal insulation wall inner surface change relatively slow, uniform heat distribution in the wall. Sandwich insulation and the thermal insulation wall inner surface temperature changes between internal and external thermal insulation wall. Under the same temperature control, insulation wall applied load time required the least time.
