Abstract:
Non-metallic sound barrier is rapidly becoming the preferred products in many projects of high-speed railway noise reduction by its good performance inspect of noise reduction, mechanical properties, weather resistance and durability. This article introduced the production process and performance of the non-metallic sound barrier products, and proposing optimum proposal base on the summary and comparison. Low down the weight of non-metallic sound barrier in unit area by using the lightweight concrete as a main material. The mechanical property of the improved products should be analysed by the finite element software ANSYS14.5 in order to verify the feasibility in extreme condition and concrete at interface. Furthermore, it can greatly increase the permeability resistance of concrete.
