Abstract:
The budget of architectural engineering in design stage is very important for the whole life cycle cost of the project. It is necessary to carry out a separate research and analysis. Considering the limitation of low forecast accuracy and large sample demands in the traditional method, extracted 13 typical indexes according to the characteristics of engineering project cost form as input set to construct forecasting model based on least squares support vector machine. Finally, through the actual engineering case, the Matlab toolbox is used to simulate the engineering cost, and the results are compared with other methods of cost prediction, which proves the effectiveness of the method.
