Abstract：
Domestic department for college infrastructure construction management is facing some problems, such as uncompleted internal control system, weak management basis and lack of special management people, etc. Practical engineering cases were introduced to analyze possible problems one by one in construction cost control in the full life cycle of college infrastructure construction project, including project approval, design, bid and bidding, construction, completion acceptance and settlement audit, etc. Proper solutions were proposed to increase the internal management and control of domestic department for college infrastructure construction. Meanwhile, the third party special consultation unit and BIM technique shall be reasonably used to ensure the effective utilization of construction fund and to successfully reach the construction objective.
