Abstract：
The Juhe River-crossing bridge along Yaoxian Street in Linfen of Shanxi is a three-tower self-anchored double-cable bridge and its main span is 168 m. Cable saddle of main tower is lifted by using portal crane system and four-span separate catwalks was adopted. Schemes were made for catwalks
construction, main cable erection and cable tightening, to guarantee successful bridge construction.
