Abstract:
Glory Xi'an Financial Center is a super-high complex building, whose structural design is complex, construction period is short, the number of construction participants is big and construction management is difficult. Therefore, BIM technique was adopted to clarify the key construction points and difficulties. BIM execution scheme was designed to assist the general management on site during mass concrete grouting and determine the opening position for steel bar passing through steel plate wall. Land utilization rate was improved and member lifting and installation sequence were successfully simulated, to form BIM implementation measure, system and flow applicable to high-rise building construction.
