Abstract:
Beijing Chuanghui Hotel Apartment has 5 floors underground, 37 floors above ground and a total height of 135 meters. It adopts a frame-core tube structure system and is a Class B height-exceeding high-rise building. This paper describes the seismic design and analysis method of the overrun structure, uses SATWE and YJK two programs for the elasticity calculation under the action of small earthquakes, supplements the calculation of the elastic time history analysis, and supplements the calculation of the key components, and finally performs the rare encounter. Static elastoplastic calculation and analysis under earthquake actions, combining the calculation and analysis results, the seismic strengthening measures of the project are proposed to provide reference for similar high-rise structure design.
