Abstract:
The control of temperature rise by hydration heat is the most important step for the quality control of 3m-thick large-size foundation, and the key is to use an effective test method to accurately evaluate the concrete temperature rise. In this paper. concrete temperature control technology are discussed including the aspects of mix design, semi-adiabatic and adiabatic temperature rise and full-scale model, combined with the practical application of raw materials, a lower hydration temperature rise was designed, the final full-scale model also validated the rationality of this choice, thus ensuring the volume stability of large-volume concrete in major projects and its construction quality.
