Abstract:
Due to the large span, high-speed rail passing through, high seismic performance requirements of Beijing New Airport terminal core area project, a large number of stiffened structure was designed, but the existence of prestressed concrete structure, steel structure and large steel column stiffened structure also caused the complex processing of stiffened structure nodes and the difficult construction of the combination stage. Aiming at the numerous technical difficulties, BIM technology was adopted to the simulation and adjustment of the construction process, and the establishment of solid model, which effectively solve the connection problem of the complex nodes of stiffened structure. Moreover, a fast connection node is designed for the complex nodes. It is proved that this node has the force and force safety through the finite element force analysis and node type test. Finally, the paper summarizes the construction methods of the stiffened structure of this project, and provides reference for the follow-up project.
