Abstract:
In order to measure the relative horizontal displacement of the upper and lower flange plates of the isolation bearing, a measurement method based on the oblique coordinate system is proposed. By measuring the displacement in two oblique directions, the magnitude and direction of the plane displacement of the isolation bearing can be obtained. The accuracy of the method is verified by the indoor model test. It has been applied to the in-situ monitoring of the relative horizontal displacement of the upper and lower flange plates of the isolation support in the core area of the Beijing New Airport Terminal.
