摘要 新疆某会展中心二期工程展馆的钢屋盖采用张弦桁架结构形式,其中B区展馆的张弦桁架每榀标高各不相同。为对B区屋盖体系带柱滑移施工过程进行安全控制,采用大型通用有限元软件midas Gen对张弦桁架屋面结构进行施工仿真分析。介绍拉索张拉控制、带柱滑移不同步分析和风荷载对施工过程的影响。模拟分析的结果表明:对带柱滑移施工过程中的桁架拉索进行张拉时,张弦桁架结构符合各项控制指标;滑移不同步允许值随滑移结构桁架榀数的增加而减少,须精准控制滑移施工中的同步性;风荷载对滑移施工过程影响较小。

Abstract: The steel roof of exhibition hall in phase II of an Exhibition Center project in Xinjiang is a truss string structure, and the elevation of each truss frames of the exhibition hall in Zone B is different. To realize safety control of slippage construction of roof system with column in Zone B, the general finite element software midas Gen was used for simulative analysis on construction of truss string truss roof structure. This paper introduced the cable stretching control, non-synchronization of slippage with column and influence of wind load on construction. It was found that the truss string structure satisfies various control indices in truss string stretching during slippage with column; the allowable value of slippage non-synchronization reduced after the increase of truss frame number, so accurate synchronization control was required during slippage construction; wind load produced very little influence of the slippage construction.
