Abstract：
In this paper, the application of the multi-segment synchronous construction technology and the technical points of the construction of the top down method area of the project are explained in the light of the engineering example of the Changsha International Finance Center project. The implementation effect shows that the multi-segment synchronous construction technology of the top down method area along the structure can effectively shorten the project. Construction period to ensure project quality and structural safety.
