Abstract:
The commercial aerial layer of Junhao ICFC project is a long-span steel beam. The construction technology of structural reinforcement, support loading and sectional hoisting is adopted to achieve safe construction under limited conditions. The large span steel beam adopts the construction technology of installing the bearing support bracket in the air, and strengthening and returning the roof of the supporting concrete hanging floor. The erection of the overhead long span steel beam is installed on one side from one side to the other side. After a section of steel beam is hoisted, the floor beam connecting the side of the girder increases the stability of the steel beam. Each segment of the steel beam must be welded and fixed to prevent the collision from falling. After the steel beam is completed, the load-bearing support is dismantled, and the arch value of the steel beam is remeasured again before the removal of the steel beam.
