Abstract:
As an important component connecting the superstructure and the foundation, the steel structure anchor bolt is one of the most critical steps in the construction phase of the super high-rise building basement. Its assembly quality and pre-predation accuracy have a great influence on the installation quality of the upper steel structure. The assembly and embedding quality of the anchor bolt group will directly affect the accuracy of the installation of the steel column. In particular, when the size of a single group of bolts is large and the layout is intensive, the anchoring quality of the anchor bolts is more difficult to control. In the basement construction stage, how to control the accuracy of the installation of giant anchor bolts is a difficult problem to be solved in major projects. This article describes a method for the overall assembly of the anchor bolt group. A bidirectional adjustable anchor bolt assembly bracket is designed to achieve a high-precision overall surface fitting of the anchor bolt group, which not only effectively improves the assembly speed of the anchor bolt. And accuracy, improve construction efficiency, but also save the project time and cost of the project. At the same time, the construction method can be applied to different types and sizes of anchor bolts, in order to provide some technical references for similar projects.
