during super high-rise building construction

Abstract:
For super high-rise buildings, the construction period is quite long and the influence of its seismic destruction is disastrous. But no special design codes are published for aseismic design of super high-rise buildings during construction periods. Specially, hoisting equipments are designed without consideration of seismic loads under actual crane design codes. "No construction stop under Miniature earthquake, and prevention of collapse under major earthquake" is proposed as the goal of seismic fortification, based on analyzing the rule of structure seismic fortification and the theory of load assumption. And developments of construction enterprises are considered as well. Then the load assumption and design methods are proposed following the existing rule of structural seismic design.
