复杂城市环境下深基坑硬岩开挖新方法

摘要 广州地铁某线区间中间风井基坑位于城市繁华地段,基坑以下约11 m即为微风化岩层。施工前对比分析了6种硬岩开挖方法,采用旋挖钻机进行钻孔连通、施作开挖临空面。开挖至岩层后由全断面纵横两方向大面积钻孔、利用大型炮机破碎硬岩,高效完成了土石方开挖。

Abstract: The middle air shaft foundation pit of a Guangzhou subway line is located in a downtown area and there is slightly weathered rock stratum just about 11m under the foundation pit. Six hard rock excavation methods were compared with each other and analyzed before construction and it was determined to use rotary digging drill to drill through and excavate the free face. Full-section large-area drilling was carried out along longitudinal and horizontal directions after excavation to the rock stratum and then large explosion machine was used to blast hard rock. Earth rock excavation was successfully and effectively finished.
