Abstract:
The application of slip cylinder for large volume concrete pouring is proposed, aiming to solve the problem of foundation concrete pouring in section B of Olympic Park B27-2 project. By setting up the slip cylinder from the ground to the foundation, the concrete is transported directly through the cylinder to the foundation. This method can avoid the use of multiple pumps, which is useful for narrow construction sites. It can effectively improve the pouring speed of concrete in narrow site and ensure the quality of large volume concrete pouring, which provides a new idea for similar projects in the future.
