Abstract:
For example, studied removal metal formwork technology in construction of spillway stage II high performance concrete in international project. Based on SL352—2006, DL/T5150—2001 Technical Specification, quantitative testing results showed that: fast-ribbed formwork technology have more higher anti-splitting tensile strength, axial tensile strength, friction coefficient, adhesion strength and compressive strength than traditionally artificial chiseling concrete, concrete quality defect were relatively smaller, quality was ensured more easily. Compared cost and schedule, ribbed formwork technology could save more construction costs, also speeded up the construction schedule, achieved better economic and social benefits.
