Abstract:
An energy-saving predictive analysis on different functional areas of a low-rise residential building in Shanghai had been conducted. According to the characteristics of the low-rise residential buildings, the monthly dynamic electricity load of cooling, heating, lighting and other equipment were calculated by the energy analysis software eQUEST. The dynamic load variation and composition are analyzed to predict building energy consumption and energy-saving potential. The measures to reduce energy consumption of the low-rise residential buildings are discussed.
