Abstract:
On the basis of systematic research on government investment projects agent-construction organization performance, construct the performance evaluation index system of agent-construction organization based on BSC. Give full consideration to the agent-construction organization performance evaluation fuzzy incompatibility, the fuzzy matter-element analysis method and COWA weighting operator is introduced into weight element in improving the fuzzy matter element analysis of objectivity and accuracy, finally built the COWA operator based on weighted fuzzy matter element analysis of agent construction organization performance evaluation model. Through the empirical study to verify the feasibility of the model, provides the reference for the government investment project agent-construction organization performance evaluation.
