Abstract:
This paper evaluated urban rail transit project financing options from four main factors, financing environment, financing risks, financing costs, construction time. First, use the triangular fuzzy number of quantitative and qualitative indicators to take the attitude of government risk into account, using the method of fuzzy entropy measure; finally considering the nonlinear relationship between the factors and the role of selecting fuzzy integral to evaluate of the financing scheme, to provide advice for the government decision.
