Abstract:
Conduct a public body for Ji′nan architectural features energy situation analysis, through the use of DeST building energy simulation software for building energy consumption of different forms of envelope simulation, and based on the net present value (NPV) method for different rehabilitation programs when economic evaluation, obtained when the incremental cost of energy-saving programs for about 393 360 yuan, annual savings of up to 128 150 yuan benefits the optimal solution.
